Do I own my website and domain?
Always. The domain is registered in your name and the site is yours. If you ever move on, we hand everything over — no hostage situations.
Can you build me an online shop?
No — most local businesses don't need one. We build clean sites that bring people to your door. If a shop is what you need, we'll point you to someone good.
What counts as my one change a month?
The everyday stuff: prices, photos, hours, a seasonal note. Bigger jobs are quoted separately and agreed up front.
I'm not technical at all. Is that a problem?
